Read what some of our Partner Organizations have to say about RescueGroups:

Holly of Pet Rescue By Judy says:
Thanks to RescueGroups, the ability of Pet Rescue By Judy to find new homes for abandoned pets has grown in unbelievable ways! Prior to using their services, we had a read-only website, listed our pets on one online adoption site, and held adoption events at local Petsmarts. Since we had lost our password for the site, our current pets were not even on the web. Pretty much the only way pets were adopted is if the right person happened into the right location when the right pet was there. Not very effective.

When we contracted with RescueGroups, we did it in the hope of at least keeping our listings current by having multiple volunteers able to access the site. What we didn't expect was the response from the public. Within the first 30 days we received 125 adoption applications, 50 volunteer applications, 40 foster applications, and 3 sponsorships!

Candy of Candy’s Cats, Inc. says:
I adore RescueGroups.org - I personally think we have one of the best web sites out there - we change it about once a month, this month we changed it twice because of Valentine's Day - we'll go St. Patty's next month - so we have lots of fun with it. Our webmaster, Steve, just does a great job - and doesn't have to spend hours that are wasted to set up the web site, he just gets to get crazy with creative ideas (such as our flash when you go to the web site - pictures of our adopted kitties). Check it out if you haven't before!

What I especially appreciate is that our foster volunteers, with minimum experience can get on and post their foster kitties, enter the journal information, makes it easy for me. We have different folks do different things and it takes the pressure off of me. So, I'm very excited about rg and will tell everyone (and do) about the ease and professional look we obtained with no hassle.
Sue of The Spayed Club says:
The Spayed Club (TSC) initiated their website in July 2005. I had no experience with web design or development. In addition, TSC is different than many of the organizations using RescueGroups.org. TSC provides funding for spay and neuter, within the Greater Philadelphia area. The RescueGroups.org team assisted us to create a website tailored to our needs, at an unbelievably low cost. The drop down menu makes it easy for almost anyone to create their own website, and change it as you need. The “Campaign” tool has provided us with a tool to raise revenue for TSC. Putting our forms on-line in a downloadable format has saved us money in stamps, envelopes, etc, since we no longer need to mail them. We also receive many compliments on our website.

Thank you, RescueGroups.org team, and especially Richard, for being there to answer all of our questions, and create this tool to help TSC realize their goals.
Tara of Cullen’s Archangel Rescue (CARE) says:
We at Cullen's Archangel RescuE (CARE) were so excited to find out that RescueGroups.org had EXACTLY what we were dreaming of, we jumped on it immediately! Since CARE began we were looking for a web site that could meet our many needs and RescueGroups.org has done just that. They have thought of everything and just knowing that if a need arises, they are more than willing to try to help us with it - is a HUGE relief to us.

This is a company who understands their clients' needs and gets results! I have been impressed with their product, knowledge, customer service, speed, and accuracy. It really is "the whole package". Since using RescueGroups.org, we have seen an increase in our visual identity and pet adoptions. How exciting! Thank all of you at RescueGroups.org!
Kathy of Wag On Inn Rescue says:
We have had our website for a little over a year now, and I have nothing but good things to say about it. Below are some of the things that have been most helpful.

1. Support service. This is our first website, so when we put it together, I had many questions. RescueGroups.org always answered them in easy to understand English, and all the problems were answered and explained in a short period of time (in much less than 24 hours).

2. Saves me time. Because I work full time as well as do rescue, it was taking me hours to update the different sites with our animals, both new ones coming in and others adopted. Now I just have to update the website, and portal updates everything else. It's wonderful!

3. Customize. It's so easy to add a webpage if we feel the need to add something for our potential adopters to better educate them. We now can explain things that we would have to email to them after receiving a question from them. Now most questions are answered BEFORE they contact us. :-)

4. Volunteer Communication. We use the volunteer page to update everyone on who's been recently adopted, any other information our volunteers might like to know, like when we are expecting new animals in need.

5. Ability to create forms. We have put our adoption application on line now for people to fill out. It also keeps all of our applicants in one place. They can be labeled by status, and kept for future reference. We have made "steps" so anyone authorized can check how far along in the adoption process an applicant is. This is a very good thing. We are also in the process of creating a "post adoption" survey to see what people think.

As I'm sure you can tell, the list could go on forever. It's a very good website. Worth every penny. Our adoptions have increased, we have records of all the incoming and adopted animals as well as everyone who has applied. This is a very valuable website and since it's already geared toward animal rescue, you don't have to go out and re-invent the wheel. A wonderful tool for anyone in the animal rescue world.
Theresa of Good Dog! Rescue says:
I just want you to know how impressed I am with the Web site - I would say that we are getting about four or five times as many applications as we were before, and many compliments from potential adopters on the ease of use, as well as sighs of relief from our less Internet-savvy volunteers. I also want to compliment you on the speed with which you have responded to the very few issues we have had. You have made my job much harder (so many people to interview, so many home checks to do, etc.), but in the best way possible. I have already recommended you to other rescues – the cost for the site will be paid back in adoption fees many, many times over.
Laurie of Animal Advocates of Howard County says:
Our concern when we began talking with RescueGroups.org was that all the services they offered might undermine the individual look of our website, and that our web site would be a "cookie cutter" one. Not so! The folks at RescueGroups.org worked with us so we could maintain our unique and original web site look our supporters had come to expect.

All our preferences and worries aside, the bottom line is that we are getting more hits than ever. We have taken animals into rescue who have been up on other sites and in shelters for 4+ months, who have not gotten any interest. After a week on our site, and many hits, we get to pick and choose from several potential adopters!

The best part is: I am an animal person first, a people person second, and a computer person NOT at all. But I can post an animal, add or change pictures when I get a better one, and change their info when I see they do get along with children, or that they do well with other cats. All on my own time, without having to ask our webmaster.

What a great service, especially for non-technical people like me.
Mickey of Happy Cat Adoptions says:
Our adoption group is brand new--mere months old. When we began our adoption agency, we vowed to eschew the normal mega pet store adoptions--we were coming home with stressed out cats, and we were pressured to do 24-hour adoptions, which stressed us out. Instead, we decided to initiate our group by using only the Internet and local advertisements, including flyers, ads in select newspapers, brochures to local vets and pet-related stores.

We couldn't have done it without RescueGroups. We stumbled on Richard and company on [a pet search/listing site], and now, I don't know what we'd do without them. Before we found RescueGroups, we were slowly building our Internet presence. With RescueGroups, we had a virtually instant website. We could design the site within the basic design styles, we could choose colors for the site, we could use the predetermined web pages or add our own, and best of all, we were introduced to even more adoption websites than we knew existed. And they're all automatically updated by RescueGroups, not by our tedious manual labor. Our website looks professional and every week, we discover some wonderful new feature, such as tracking of the cat's medical work, automatic changes to a cat's webpage when we update the status, online adoption applications, and more.

In the three plus months we've been with RescueGroups, we've done eight adoptions, with two more pending a home visit. And we are picky, picky, picky. Our [a pet search/listing site] hits alone have jumped from about 50 a week to about 200 a week! When we run a Google search on "Adoptions + (our city)" our group comes up three times! Thank you RescueGroups.
Erin of The Animal Relief Fund says:
Working with RescueGroups to establish a professional website had enabled our small, volunteer organization to promote our adoptable animals in a pleasing and contemporary way. The features are user friendly, even for one with very little website development experience. The reports, event scheduling, permissions maintenance, and design flexibility are extras that go above and beyond a basic webpage. The webmaster(s) are prompt with their responses to questions. Not only are they patient, but seem to enjoy the challenges presented, so that the website admin feels valued and appreciated. The Animal Relief Fund, www.animalrelieffund.org, has participated in a very positive experience with RescueGroups, and plans to continue to take advantage of their generous knowledge.
Chuck of Pets to Be says:
We thank Richard at RescueGroups.org for his tireless efforts making this possible and for providing such a valuable service to animal rescue groups like ours. The tools provided make it easy to customize the appearance of our site while maintaining the 'tried and true' features we need. We can now perform all of our on-line functions without having to re-invent the wheel! Thank you!!
Ande of Papillion 911 Rescue and Adoption says:
I owe a debt of gratitude to our new web site host for helping me set up the pages and patiently answering my repeated questions. I feel we were fortuntate to swap to this web site run by RescueGroups.org. They are all volunteers and they are quick to answer your questions and help you in anyway possible; they provide a superior service. Their web site is set up for rescue organizations and the features are fantastic... so if you are ever looking for a new web site consider checking out what is available with RescueGroups.org.
Terry of Serenity Springs Animal Sanctuary says:
I joined RescueGroups about 8 months ago after several years of struggling to maintain a site for my organization. There were volunteers but most were not able to update on a regular basis and sometimes it was months on end before needed changes were made...if ever. I had no skills regarding websites and was just about ready to give up the effort when I found this organization. I can't tell you how excited and satisfied I am with my website now. I am so pleased with the simplicity, response time and overall professionalism that is at my disposal. With the technology provided here..I feel like a pro. I have had a great deal of praise regarding my site now and I owe it all to RescueGroups. What a great idea and organization.
Linda of Tails of Hope Sanctuary says:
RescueGroups has made an incredible difference for Tails of Hope...streamlining our application process...enabling us to post our own animals, add/delete webpages as we need them...and...always having the help and support of knowledgeable, caring, animal-loving people...Thank you!...We look forward to many years of working with you.
Donna of The Feline Foundation of Greater Washington, Inc. says:
I had been dreading the tedious process of upgrading our old, home-grown cat rescue website. When one of our board members forwarded me an e-mail about RescueGroups' services, I was ecstatic -- the services they provide are the exact ones we had been wanting for our website for a long time! The process of setting up our website with RescueGroups couldn't have been easier, and the help we received doing it was phenomenally fast, courteous, and effective. We now have a web presence we're proud of, and as a result we're able to match up our kitties with great new homes much more effectively.
Libby of Tails of Hope Sanctuary says:
I love the responsiveness of RescueGroups and always ready to help us. I no sooner make a suggestion for a change that would make things easier for me, and it's done. Our site has really pulled a lot of responses for our animals in need. Never a day goes by and we don't have at least a dozen inquiries as well as several applications submitted.

I'm very pleased with the results but more importantly, it's the service that RescueGroups provides – even the best site isn’t good without the service behind it!
