Password Reset Behavior

    I just reset the password on one of our email accounts, and all our messages dissappeared. Is this expected behavior? The reason I did that was all of a sudden all our email clients started reporting errors, just on that one account. The other one has no problems. I wasn't able to log into either Roundcube or Squirrelmail for that account. So I logged into the management interface and reset the password. This gave me access, but all the messages are gone. I still have them locally, because I immediately took my client offline. What gives?
